       Novelty of producing Bio plastic based nano Composites through thermal packaging for Packaging Industry.  In 1st half material identification and processing properties were determined through various equipments like Melt Flow Index, Density Meter, Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) & Hardness Meter etc.  Developed formulations for Master Batch preparation, prepare sheets of developed formulations on compression blow molding to perform various testing and to further incorporate it in blown film extrusion.  In 2nd half, formulations were developed for Blown Film Extrusion to make nano composites for packaging industry by incorporation of different nano clays Like Calcined Kaolin, Organo Clay etc.  After formation of films through Blown Film Extrusion Setup, to prove their biodegradability major testings like Compostable Degradation Analysis & UV Degradation Analysis of films was performed in Compostable Soil and in UV Chamber.
