In the last four years, I've contributed significantly to team building, framework creation, and knowledge management to develop tactical, strategic, and executive operational touchpoints. These efforts have enabled the seamless transition of the stake pool operator community from the incentivized testnet (ITN) to the mainnet and into Voltaire (Governance). I've led a DevRel team supporting the high growth of DApps following smart contract implementation through beta network programs and testnets. We have unblocked backlogs by building relationships with top DApps in working groups to narrow the focus and prioritize issues based on their impact, contributing to Cardano's rise as the most decentralized network with over 3,000 SPOs, more than 1,800 DApps, and a vibrant NFT community. Additionally, our Discord has over 11,000 developers in it.
