Lars Krarup
Meltem works very structured, keeps a cool head and always with a positve attitude. I have worked together with Meltem in the Agency for Patient Safety (Styrelsen for Patientsikkerhed), where i was hired to, among other tasks, help Meltem structure her newly formed role in Service and Supplier Management. It was a pleasure to work with Meltem, who even in the most chaotic of times, kept a positive outlook and kept moving forward with all the tasks at hand. In Meltems first 6 months on the job, we got all the basic information structured, and Meltem ran the supplier dialog with a firm hand and yet a friendly tone. The inhouse customers were made to feel supported and taken care of, when they contacted Meltem, and she fought for their otherwise lost cases with the suppliers. Meltem even ran a very professionel tender with a very sharp deadline in her first year on the job, though the subject was new to her.
