  As a cage/vault cashier my responsibilities includes but were not limited to maintaining accurate records of the casino's bankroll and cash drawer. Some duties included: customer service, accurate cash exchange for tickets, checks, or credit/debit cards, balancing and maintaining an accurate bank, preparing cash and checks for bank deposits, cash ordering from financial institutions, cash bank reconciliation, data entry excel, ATM or Kiosk fills/drops/reconciliation, balancing daily cash in and out totals, friendly customer and employee contacts, training new employees, providing cash banks for all departments, reconciliation of cash from all departments.   As a soft count team member we dropped and verified all cash collected from gaming machines and all cash collected from table games and the poker room. All cash is tracked and verified manually and also by a currency/ticket sorter. All cash is counted by a money counter then strapped for easy identification. All cash and chips are maintained and documented accurately and verified by multiple sources.
