I created, edited, and maintained the quality of online courses, which use the Canvas LMS. I also updated curricula and syllabi, kept track of instructor activity, and edited/added to course content regularly. Before each new quarter, I prepared courses by manually changing course content to accompany new textbooks or curriculum updates, often writing new assignments for each term. I worked alongside the Program Directors of the Health Sciences and Paralegal programs, researching information pertaining to the course materials and students, collaborating on creation of new course content, as well as maintaining accreditation standards. I was in frequent contact with instructors, student advisors, and the corporate curriculum team to discuss course updates and errors, LMS problems, and student issues. I also helped migrate our online courses from eCollege to Canvas in 2-3 months. Show less

I helped update Southwest’s historical timeline and used Photoshop to begin digitizing physical materials from the archive, including documents, magazines, objects, photos, slides, and negatives. I researched Southwest’s history and found materials (documents, photos, objects) to share in weekly blog posts, video, and Southwest’s employee publication, LUVLines. I began an archival processing/record retention plan and implementation from scratch, working directly with a supervisor and the Director of Education to decide on guidelines for retention of materials. I digitized and created metadata and a preliminary filing system for the items we scanned. I then created a new organizational and check-out system for the museum's Story Time Library.
