I got to know Melody since I was a Plant Personnel Specialist doing payroll for J-M Manufacturing Co., one of Formosa Group's subsidiaries then. Melody doesn't intimidate computer end-users like most of the typical software engineers who only talk in their own technical language; she has patience to listen and talk to her end-users who are not familiar with the computer systems or the technical terms.
