At my internship, I effectively put theory to practice and actively engaged my students in learning. I worked with students who had both exceptional and average learning abilities using small group, whole group, and individualized instruction. I also worked with ESL students. My most fulfilling experience was reaching a student who had autism and afterwards watching him eagerly participate in classroom discussions.
