Melly has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Committed, engaged, full of passion and always solution focused. Her positive attitude and structured way of thinking and handling helped the team to solve many crisis's and complex situations. Melly is also a very good communicator and knows how to manage her stakeholders regardless of their seniority. I worked with her across different projects and in different countries and she has always delivered great results. She is a great team player, who brings the "can do" and fun factor to the group, which combined with her structured and pragmatic attitude leads to fantastic results. Melly is professional and reliable, curious and eager to learn new things. Not afraid of challenges and the unknown. If you have a chance to work with Melly, grab it! You won't regret it. Thank you Melly for the great collaboration!
