Bio
Sharon Stahr Fisher, MS
I had the immense privilege of leading Melitta as part of a design team at the ACMA. She did incredible work and I was able to watch her skill and talent grow over the time she was with us at the ACMA. Her creativity and attention to design principles made her work stand out. Melitta is a joy and a pleasure to have on any team.

I reported directly to Melitta as a Peer Academic Advisor. This was a brand new program that I witnessed grow and gain respect within the university quickly. That is a direct testament to Melitta's leadership, and her ability to strategically build programs geared towards student learning. She knows how to be cognizant to the needs of students while also challenging their expectations and abilities. She taught me how to be a mentor, and how to effectively listen to help students craft their learning paths. She is strategic when listening to student feedback, open when you come to her for guidance, and most importantly, passionate about helping others learn and succeed. Melitta was paramount to my development and everyone around me. She understands learning inside and out, and will thrive anywhere!
