Melissa brought a wealth of experience to TAP. During her time there, she managed 9+ programs ranging from youth development to veterans and ex-offender services. She gained the content expertise needed to stabilize and strengthen each program, while gaining the respect and loyalty of the respective staff. All this was accomplished with grace and good humor. Melissa was a fabulous colleague and I am ever grateful for her support and friendship.

I have had the pleasure of working with Melissa as she spearheaded a $1.3 million US Department of Labor re-entry grant for the past year. In addition to the other projects she leads, she navigated her team to build a strong program in a short amount of time. As the Coach to several grantees under this contract, I always enjoyed my meetings with Melissa - she has unlimited energy and commitment to the clients she serves and the staff she leads. She regularly showed creative thinking to manage a challenging contract and was always open to feedback or new approaches.I highly recommend Melissa for any endeavor and look forward to continuing to work with her!
