After 10+ years of outstanding collaborations with Melissa Tumblin and her non-profit organization, The Ear Community, I can highly recommend her in a plethora of capacities. Melissa combines and entrepreneurial spirit and altruistic soul for a combination of grit and compassion which is rarely seen. I have personally seen Melissa improvise and achieve great things on meager budgets. I have also handle seen her raise substantial financial commitments and operate a successful organization through that growth. Melissa has innate leadership ability and has proven herself to be a trusted partner in many projects we have worked on together. If there is a need for further details on Melissa Tumblin's skills or leadership abilities, do not hesitate to call or email myself at any time.

I met Melissa, Executive Director of the non-profit Ear Community, shortly after I entered the hearing healthcare industry. Melissa was one of the first to reach out, congratulate me and offer her assistance as I learned about the users of our products. That set the tone for my experience with Melissa. She is someone who shows up early, is pleasantly persistent, passionate and able to manifest big things from just an idea. Her work to bring before Congress the challenges faced by Americans needing hearing healthcare is something that amazes me every time I think about it. If Melissa can get a bill before Congress in these politically charged times, just imagine what her passion and persistence can do for you.
