Melissa (or Missy, as most of us know her) is a crack organizer whose attention to detail often doubled as the glue which held the many facets of PodCamp Pittsburgh planning together. Watching Missy grow from "interested outsider" into our primary PR contact was a hugely positive evolution. (And, just in case anyone doubts Missy's commitment to a cause, she also hand-made over 200 sandwiches for the event's Sunday lunch!)

Melissa did an excellent job in co-organizing Podcamp Pittsburgh 3, making sure that the sessions were interesting to the participants, selecting knowledgeable speakers and going out of her way to insure the participants found value in coming to Podcamp Pittsburgh 3. Melissa also lead sessions that were extremely informative, presenting her knowledge in the area of social media in a "user friendly" method that took the "fear factor" out of using social media tools.
