Hers has been an especially challenging job over the past few years as we’ve contracted, grown, and added new lines of business. Melissa has easily adapted to changes and has provided the control necessary to make us successful. Melissa easily works with our diverse customer base, from large organizations to micro organizations, near and far. She is very good at explaining our policies and following up to make sure that policies are executed properly. My job would be much more difficult and the results more haphazard if I was not working with Melissa.
