Upon joining Melissa's team at Route, I immediately recognized her as a key asset to the entire organization. Folks from product, engineering, and executive leadership were tuning in to her insights on the consumer's experience and usage of the product. She's a decision maker and a leader in creating quality product. Melissa owns her work like no one I've ever seen. She takes on new projects and quickly becomes the resident expert. She recognized that user eventing and analytics was a key area of interest, and she soon become the go-to for consumer analytics. The dashboards she created and her methods of tracking consumer behavior are still being used daily to inform product decisions. Melissa is additionally a people-first manager. We had weekly conversations about career progression and I always felt supported in my goals and my growth. When I set a goal to move to the engineering department, Melissa proactively advocated for the transition and made it happen. She is a multiplier, enabling those on her team and around her to shine. She will add incredible value to any team and I'd work with her again in a heartbeat!
