  Kit and Ace is a technical apparel retailer that designs clothing and lifestyle products for men and women living full-contact lives. Founded in Vancouver, BC, they have over 50 shops internationally, including seven on the east coast of Australia since launching in July 2015.   Social Club Books is the longest established direct market book company in Australia, with a range covering cookery, children’s, general fiction books and stationery items. As National Operations Manager I managed the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring the right product was available to service sixty distributors Australia-wide, a mail-order catalogue, e-commerce store, and retail division. My role included product sourcing, range building and development, supplier relationship management, 3PL negotiation and partnership management, domestic distribution, warehousing and inventory management. Further to this, I was responsible for the e-commerce website, including online content generation, marketing and email database management, growing the database by 100% in 12 months, and establishing a Facebook, Instagram and Twitter presence.
