Melissa was my Division HR manager for nearly 7 years. She wasn’t just an HR manager, she was my business partner that I could always count on no matter the challenge or business need. Melissa was always available to provide help or guidance no matter the time or day of the week. Her work ethic was off the charts and her attitude was always a positive can-do! Melissa has a very broad and diverse skill set and is a very quick study. She has the ability to take on most any role, even those outside of the HR profession. She is a strategic thinker and very clever when it comes to unique a new ways to approach an opportunity or problem. Melissa has my complete support and recommendation and if given the opportunity would truly enjoy working with her in the future. Jim Hoelscher

Melissa is an excellent HR Manager with an exceptional attention to detail. I worked with Melissa at SSD Drives, now Parker Hannifin's SSD Drives Division. Melissa assisted me on numerous occasions involving job promotions, medical benefits, insurance issues and much more. Melissa was working on her continued education while at SSD and conducted numerous meetings to help promote communications and growth within the division. She had a strong understanding of the companies direction and was a true asset.

Melissa was our Human Resource Manager for many years. She helped guide me through my job transitions and all the Company buy outs and changeovers. She was always very knowledgeable about her job and ready to help. She will be a great asset to any company she works for, and a great HR Manager for the employees.
