I was awarded the a Post-Doctoral Position through the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship (Bourse de la Confederation) for 12 Months. I undertook this position at the University of Geneva. During this time I published a paper on toponymy - you can read it here (https://www.mdpi.com/2413-8851/4/1/6) together with my mentor, Prof. Frédéric Giraut. Prof. Giraut is an expert in political toponymy and I greatly benefited from his extensive knowledge. Further, between November and December 2020, I worked as a research collaborator at University of Geneva, where I participated in drafting a COST (https://www.cost.eu/who-we-are/about-cost/ )Project Proposal on the topic of toponymy.
