Melissa is an incredibly dedicated and intelligent Producer, her energy and attention to detail alone makes her a very valuable part of the team. Melissa creates strong relationships with directors, clients and animators alike and is a much loved member of Picasso Pictures and the Animation community. I have had the privilege to work with Melissa for almost eight years and support her evolution into the experienced Senior Producer she is today. She is a credit to the Animation Industry.

Melissa was an invaluable member of the Adrenalini team at Pesky. She was the glue that bonded the team, remaining unflustered, organised, encouraging and adaptable at all times. She came on board at an intensely busy time at the beginning on the project - she came in for her first briefing on a bank holiday - which happened to be her birthday (sorry!) A sign of her dedication and commitment to her work which was unfailing throughout the years she was with us. Melissa is incredibly organised and can turn her hand to any part of the production. She's observant, has an excellent critical eye, highly ambitious and extremely good company. We'd love to have her back!
