  This is an in-house position in which I provided legal counsel to a variety of County Departments. I was the OPRA Records Custodian, responsible for the review and disclosure of government records pursuant to the Open Public Records Act. Drafting of briefs and other pleadings and performing research were some of the tasks I took great pleasure in performing. I also assisted with resolution of employee disciplinary matters, whether acting as hearing officer or as a management advocate at the Office of Administrative Law. I trained Cumberland County employees on Anti-Discrimination/Anti-Sexual Harassment laws and policies. I also handled litigation, coordinated with outside counsel and provided legal support to all Cumberland County Departments, Divisions and the Board of County Commissioners.
