  Anifex is an award-winning producer of big-budget television commercials and internationally acclaimed short films. During my time at Anifex, the company was a leading Australian animation company, producing clay, cel, model and CG animation - specialising in stop-motion animation. The company also had live-action and special-effects capabilities and everyone took pride in the achievement of creative excellence. I was responsible for the production, scheduling and project management of work from the development stage through to post-production. This included managing, maintaining and recruiting for the large studio with in-house and fully-equipped model workshops, extensive camera department, motion control rig and leading edge 3D equipment. I also prepared budgets, quotes and cost reports for model jobs. Reporting to the managing director, I ensured the efficient operation of the administration and production of the business in a friendly atmosphere. My position undertook the accounting, payroll and financial and cost reporting function within the organisation, along with cash flow management, monthly forecasting and the generation of regular progress reports. I worked with well-experienced and talented build and production teams in world-class facilities to manage the production needs of clients in Australia and overseas. We completed projects on time and on budget, with strong communication from inception to delivery with advertising agencies, creative and clients.
