  As the Nursery Director of our South Overland Park Campus, I was in charge of creating and/or editing lessons for our Nursery kids (acting as Nursery Campus Support), overseeing a volunteer team of 100+ adults and teens (recruiting, training, onboarding, supervising, scheduling, appreciating, etc.), creating and preparing toddler appropriate crafts and centers, and ultimately responsible for the care of around 90+ babies and toddlers (ages 0-2 years) for all 5 of our weekend services.
