I work with the students throughout the day ensuring everything is okay and help to arrange activities in an evening. Working under the Campus Operations manager I also have the duty of a security officer, maintaining a standard of discipline and conduct with all the students on campus. I have undertaken Safeguarding Officer training. I cover on Reception at lunch time and when the Receptionist is on annual leave. Part of my role is Administration for Residential. This includes, but is not limited to, taking minutes in meetings, raising invoices, updating documents, maintaining records and arranging different events such as accommodation for lambing students.
