The Valley of the Sun YMCA is a values based organization focused on providing programs that help all people improve their spirit, mind, and body. • Responsible for development and management of $1.3M operating budget. 2017 fiscal year concluded with positive increase in operational net of 13% over 2016 fiscal year. • Responsible for overall branch operations of local branch programming and management of staff team of 60 employees. • Created new staffing structure to improve program quality, customer service, and operational efficiency to include 3 exempt level directors and 1 part-time coordinator and 55 part-time employees. • Improved member satisfaction scores in 3 target areas by using SEER Analytics survey data to adjust operational efficiency • Led 2 teams in the successful development of program audits to increase quality and safety for 16 YMCA branches. • Developed and implemented Transportation Policy including driver training model, mechanical and safety inspections for vehicles, and tracking system for employee certifications for 16 locations. • Designed and executed Child Abuse Prevention policy, training curriculum and employee onboarding protocol to be used by 1,600 employees.
