Drew Kearney
Having worked with Melissa for the past few years as her colleague and manager, I have had the pleasure in seeing her grow and flourish in her role. Throughout her time with the College, she has continuously sought new challenges and ways to enhance the service provision. Working in a cross-functional role, Melissa relishes new situations, as evidenced through the evolving service offered to students assisting in the College achieving exceptional iGrad Survey results. More recently Melissa has stepped above and beyond to contribute to the wider College team, identifying new initiatives for student engagement and growth. Melissa has deputised for myself on a number of occasions and is clearly able to think on a strategic level, demonstrating her astute mindset. I have enjoyed working with her immeasurably over the past few years and can only foresee great things for her future career.
