Developed an Admin Assistants Program for young dancers wanting to learn about and work 'behind the scenes' of a studio. - Creating, staffing, and promotions for studio schedules for fall, summer, and special programs - End of season performance management (up to 1200 dancers between 10 shows in a weekend at large facilities, including Duke Energy for the Performing Arts Center) including, dancer rehearsals (on and off-site), parent communications, photography sessions for dancers, merchandise sales, ticket sales, promotional events, Front of House manager, volunteer coordination, and staffing.
