I drive innovation through in-house and collaborative research and development of new product including AR coatings exclusive to Eye-Kraft, I have established and implemented a Quality Management System and I help identify and facilitate training opportunities for staff.- Created and implemented custom Blue Light filtering AR recipe stacks- Spearheaded installation and implementation of $30K Fog Treatment system - Created custom vision therapy tint processes for several high profile customersI am inspired everyday for success.
