I had the pleasure of working for and alongside Melissa for a period of time. She is a results oriented leader who is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of running a business and quickly earns the respect of anyone she comes in contact with. She is a dynamic leader who motivates and inspires her team on a daily basis and always challenges her team to think outside of the box and not to settle for status quoi solutions. Her communication style is one of encouragement, calming and insightful while at the same time direct and results driven.

Melissa worked for me as a resource and sales person in charge of highly technical insurance risks. I was thoroughly impressed with her mental acuity and quantitative skills as she addressed weather, commodities and currency risks. She had an excellent understanding of insurance in general and was able to quickly combine her many, highly refined skill sets to solve problems for clients in a large variety of areas. Melissa's strengths are her high intelligence, her strong work ethic and her communication and people skills. However, her enthusiam was equally brilliant.
