As an account manager, she was thoughtful, calm under pressure and great at explaining complex concepts. She proactively asked to take on a side project with me- creating training materials on a particularly complicated Salesforce process. She created a clear, step-by-step deck that we used not only to train new hires but as a reference for current account managers. She was a joy to work with and I looked forward to meeting with her each week!
