As training manager for AT&T, I coached and developed trainers through classroom observation in two call centers. I implemented training plans and monitored completions of continuing education courses for over 1000 employees. I compiled and distributed customized weekly status reports to management and executive teams. Partnering with the management team to identify performance gaps was extremely important to ensure the training offerings addressed performance gaps so that we could increase business results. Another key part of my work was to supervise the Manager Academy program across three call centers to strengthen key skills within our management team. I led several of these leadership trainings. Before taking on the Training Manager role, I served as a Training Delivery Specialist for three years 2002-2005. I led new hire training as well as contuning education training for customer care, technical support, various specialty respresentatives and managers.
