I had the privilege of working with Melissa during my time at NOV Quality Tubing and even a bit in my role as ISE Regional HSE Manager. Melissa and her team were always prepared and helped take HSE training and communications to the next level. A level that was professional, easily understood by the employees receiving the training and, because of that, added great value to the organization. Her and her team’s competency program helped ensure that Quality Tubing’s employees were trained and knowledgeable to perform the job safely. Melissa was always a team player who wanted to help others and truly sought to make everyone else’s job more manageable while maintaining compliance. Aside from the work aspect, Melissa was always respectful and offered feedback, it seemed, at the right times. I was a new manager at the time and truly learned from Melissa’s leadership.
