Thanksgiving Basket Ministry - 2003-2016 Director of Operations for the Thanksgiving Basket Ministry which provided a complete Thanksgiving meal to approximately 1,500 families per year. This role included overseeing a team of 8 coordinators who in turn oversee a team of approximately 600 volunteers. This position required ensuring all areas of this outreach were in place to be able to properly prepare to present the Gospel and distribute the food to the families in need. LoveDayton Community Service Outreach – January 2013 – July 2015 Coordinating Team Leader that oversaw all aspects of an out reach which utilized 750 volunteers to perform 70 service projects in one day for the residents of Dayton, and City and Non-Profits organizations. Convoy of Hope, Springfield, MO – January 2012 – August 2012 Associate Director for the Dayton Convoy of Hope Community Outreach. This position along with the other co-coordinator oversaw a leadership team of approximately 40 individuals as well as approximately 1,400 volunteers who planned and implemented an outreach in partnership with the Convoy of Hope national organization. This outreach included features such as a job fair, health fair, community services, free haircuts, site entertainment, carnival games for the children and a prayer tent to assist with the guest’s spiritual needs as well as the distribution of a free lunch, free groceries, and free clothing. This entire event was provided free to over 8,000 guests.
