Part of my role is identifying if students are at a competent level for graduation and providing them support as they begin the transition process from student to Registered Nurse. Course Coordinator and Instructor for the Certified Nursing Assistant(CNA) and Medication Aide courses offered at the college is my responsibility. I kept the nursing assistant program competent in all requirements by the Department of Health and Human Services of Nebraska. Was a State Testing site for certification and recertification of CNA. Co-Chair of Evaluation and Assessment committee. The main focus is to ensure a systematic evaluation plan is in place to ensure student outcomes are being met.
