I would like to describe the work Melissa performed onboard the cruise ship Golden Odyssey of Royal/Norwegian Cruise Line. I was serving as Staff Captain and later as Captain onboard the Golden Odyssey and Melissa was part of the medical team in a round the world demanding cruise. Melissa is an excellent organizer and deals effectively with people. She performed excellent under the most stressful conditions, she was knowlegeable, calm and patient. These qualities made her a valuable member of the medical team and the crew of the Golden Odyssey.
