Melissa is an excellent engineer who can always be counted on to deliver superior results on any task assigned. She is very comfortable working with all levels of management and can drive projects to closure. When Melissa reported to me, I depended on her and often had her represent me at managment meetings. Melissa is technically savvy, detail-oriented and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I have no hesitation in giving Melissa my highest recommendation.

Melissa Baetz Stanton is a hard-working self-starter who invariably understands exactly what a project is all about from the outset, and how to get it done quickly and effectively. While working for me at BEI Consulting as a design leader and subject matter expert on a Ford Ergonomics Project, she never missed a deadline. She was instrumental in bringing the project in below budget, and ahead of schedule. Ms. Baetz Stanton is a resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented person who was frequently able to come up with new and innovative approaches to the project. She functioned well as a team leader when required, and she also worked effectively as a team member under the direction of others. On the interpersonal side, Melissa has superior written, verbal communication and standup instruction skills. As part of the ergonomics project she successfully trained plant personal and local trainers to recognize ergonomic risks using an algorithmic tool that she helped develop with University of Florida and Utah. She gets along extremely well with individuals under her supervision, as well as colleagues at her own level. She is highly respected, as both a person and a professional, by colleagues, employees, suppliers, and customers alike. To conclude, I would like to restate my strong recommendation for Melissa Baetz Stanton. If you have any further questions regarding Melissa’s ability or this recommendation, please do not hesitate to contact me (lisatperkins@comcast.net).
