      I handle air freight, local LTL shipments, and FTL shipments. My responsibilities include,•Create and maintain customers orders through a system we use called Crown. -Check CSRs work to make sure the are booking accurately.-Arrive and export ITs, T&Es, bonded freight -Receive and release freight •Update customers current location of their freight and ETAs for delivery. •Send them pictures, a re weigh and dim, and create their documents to take to the airline if needed. •If we have a customer who needs their shipment recovered and delivered in the same day, I find them dedicated trucks. •Answer phone calls and help them with ETAs, locations, rates, and problems.•Keeping up with emails and giving quality customer service•Look for freight in the warehouse•Keep up with any problems that we run into with shipments and inform our customers and management when these issues occur.
