Mel is a shining gem. She is detail driven, incredibly talented and always kind. Not only is she one of the most organized people whom I've had the pleasure to work with, Mel also excels at developing a good rapport with her clients. She does this by responding to requests and questions with accuracy and speed. I always feel more confident when Mel is on my account team.
