My job at the YMCA was to watch over the Front Desk there with various responsibilities. That meant checking in the members to make sure their memberships were current and to assist them in either joining or changing those memberships. I also became responsible for running a racquetball tournament or two during my short tenure there. This job was when I realized that I was pretty good at Customer service and multitasking! I became accustomed to working with all different walks of life and all different ages and really enjoyed it. Show less

My responsilbiilies at LLCC Community Services was one of the very first jobs I ever had. I was responsible for taking care of the many mailings for many different groups we had meeting there. We organized community meetings, taking them from the ideal of the group all the way from the flier,to the printed stage to labels, to mailings, to the actual meetings within our building. I was responsible for doing data entry as well for those mailings and for different forms we needed for surveys and different products. This job allowed me to meet many different groups within our community. I think this job helped to shape me into the customer service employee that I love being. Show less
