What is unique about Melissa is her consistent drive, tenacity and the ability to overcome obstacles. Nothing gets in her way. Even in the most challenging situations she always finds a solution that is good for everyone. Out of the box thinker for sure! From a business development standpoint, she is a genius at penetrating those most difficult accounts or clients, where others had tried for years and didn't have any outcome. Even if the outcome wasn't favorable she still obtained an answer from the prospect/client and there was no longer a mystery of what if. She builds lasting relationships with everyone she comes across personal or professional.
