  My job responsibilities, among others, involve planning and managing the monthly production schedules based on sales orders received, raw materials availability and plant capacity. My course of work requires me to work closely with the maintenance and packing departments to ensure that our production process is running efficiently and productively. I am also responsible for the monitoring of the production line which requires me to perform troubleshooting and make necessary adjustments to ensure that our products meet the standard specifications required by the customers. In undertaking this role, I work closely with the QA and R&D teams whenever evaluation of new raw material or product type is required.
