Our work experience with Melissa this summer was a great success! We are a primarily volunteer led organization and to have someone with dedicated time to commit to caring for and inspiring the growth of our team and caretaking for various projects ongoing in our community was a very helpful connection. Melissa exceeded our expectations, taking independent control of the work and driving new initiatives forward with very little support required. She made huge strides with thematic postings on social media that truly captured the spirit of our movement and brought attention to the idea of starting up folkschools in new community spaces. Melissa’s performance was excellent and we look forward to an ongoing working relationship.
