Budget for the one feeding site is $24,000 year of non-budgeted funds. All funding is raise through public speaking, child sponsorship, and grant writing. Primary responsibilities is recruiting volunteers, training staff and volunteers, strategic planning and curriculum development.Serve Ministry encompasses every administrative and ministry serve position within the church. Primary responsibilities include developing a current work flow chart, recruiting qualified or capable volunteers, training, and empowering. Currently staffing over 75 part time volunteer roles since 2016.
