In my current role I liaise with managers to support them in L&D with blended learning; it is part of my role to engage and advice on how best to deliver the course material for maximum benefit for the delegates. I also deliver face to face courses on a wide range of topics, including recruitment and selection and manual handling. The L&D portfolio is extensive and I have created e-learning for Health and Safety, Equality & Diversity, Manual handling, Data protection, Recruitment and selection and Property/premises management. My experience has been gained in a range of sectors and industries which enables me to empathise with managers. Whilst my experience within Employee Relations/HR Professional means that I keep up to date with evolving case law and current employment law. Show less

PA to head of service for ICT, HR and Finance
-
Apr 2004 - Mar 2006
My role was to support three heads of service for the organisation. This involved email management, diary management and note taking.
