As a terrific resource and always the most concientious, Melissa was a valued asset not only from a business metrics standpoint but from a point of culture and values too. She embodied the team and work ethic that was synonymous with the branch and certainly her team. It was these characteristics which made her the go-to person so often and saw her as acting team lead when her immediate manager was not in or unavailable. I would welcome the chance to work with Melissa again if the opportunity arose.
