I cannot recommend Melissa more highly for her work with both adults and young people. She identifies needs quickly and responds appropriately to situations so that students can move forward with new skills and strategies. She is highly effective when working with traumatised young people and their families and provides multiple strategies for teachers to use in classrooms. One of Melissa’s many strengths is her clear communication and consistency, both with young people and adults. Working with Melissa was a privilege from start to finish.
