  Starting from scratch, I set up my own company, taking a hand in every step of the process from stationary to web design. I have come up with my own nutritional concept which is a central part of my business ethos, and feel that my skills as a trainer coupled with my passion for health and fitness will make my business a successful one. I design training programs which are individually tailored to each client and their specific needs and they then have the option to take up a unique nutritional program to complement their physical training.   In a ladies-only gym I inducted new members, gave advice on workout technique and nutrition, conducted classes and gave personal training sessions, as well as supervising and instructing exercise. Also, I had to keep up to date records of clients’ progress as well as other general administrative duties. Remaining positive and encouraging, I was always able to engage and animate clients, and by lending empathy and support I helped clients with their mindset and confidence.
