Melissa and I worked together at Moving Brands; she was a PM and I was global studio coordinator, so we connected a lot on budgeting and admin. She’s an efficient, positive, nuance-capable communicator, and a positive-minded person— good to have around in general. I was particularly struck by Melissa’s time managent and ability to meet difficult moments with grace. I saw her take on daunting workloads without batting an eye, and still make time for culture within the studio. Excellent overall presence, and a generally positive addition to our teams.
