Rarely have I come across a talented leader like Melissa Scovanner. Her dedication, drive, passion and selfless approach to help others is why she stands out as one of the strongest leaders I’ve had the privilege to work with. Melissa and I both sat on the Talent Leadership team where we collaborated on several projects and initiatives to help build and evolve the talent function during Carbon Health’s hyper growth phase. Melissa’s impact and contributions to the overall People and Talent team were immeasurable. Her expertise in systems optimization and implementation helped set up our team to success as she was able to determine the exact solutions needed to optimize and simplify our HR and Talent Acquisition process. She invests herself in learning what the company needs but also what would best suit the teams at play - helping bring configuration solutions forward within the system’s framework that work best for all. Melissa is a true leader. While at Carbon Health I had the pleasure of reporting to Melissa and working with her on a daily basis. She always made me and other team members feel seen and heard and didn't shy away from taking or giving valuable feedback.
