I have had the pleasure of working with Melissa on several projects within several organizations I have worked for. We have worked together on large and complex projects, including, Scoping of project, project planning, integration planning, and transition planning, execution and post execution audits. These projects have involved spends in excess of $5 million AUD per project and impacted more than 500+ employees. Some of these projects involved large scale cultural change, transitioning from paper based to full digital online platforms including complete overhaul and renewal of business systems and processes. I cannot understate the enormity of some of these projects. During the course of working with Melissa, I have found her to be highly dedicated, very professional, and extremely competent. Melissa always shows a positive attitude and really listens to the customer, this has always led to a positive outcome which is solutions based tailored to our needs. A real pleasure to work with such high level of competence.

Melissa has brought immense value and benefit to our Organisation and Team. Her passion, enthusiasm and drive continuously delivered excellent results in a challenging subject area. Through her own engaging personality and highly professional approach, Melissa generates a great connection with stakeholders & clients alike. I think this is a trademark characteristic, along with many others we and the team will miss.
