Melisa started in our department as intern beginning of 2020 and started her Master Thesis about Change Management in customer development projects middle of 2020. Melisa had only the opportunity to be 6 weeks present in the company befor Corona send almost everybody possible in Home office. She did an extraordinary job supporting project managers and working on improvements of the PMO and its tools which are in current use. During intern as well as during her Master Thesis she never complained about workload and showed a tremendous performance and learned and adapted extremely fast to use new tools and processes. It was one of the most talented interns and Master Thesis students that we ever had in our company. She has an outstanding professional behaviour. Wishing all the best and success in her professional career.

I worked alongside Melissa for approximately 6 months while she was an intern in our department. Melissa was very conscientious and dedicated to her work and gave every task given to her, no matter how big or small, above and beyond what was expected. Melissa has grew as quickly as our department has, and her willingness to learn and rise to any challenge is something to be desired in any professional. The dashboards and tools Melissa built during her internship automated and simplified several time-consuming processes and are still being used today. This ability to build easy-to-use and understand insights and communicate them effectively explains why she is a key asset to any team, and why she is so competent at whatever she sets her mind to. While her work has continued to bring continued value to our team well past her tenure here, I do wish I have the honor of working with Melissa again and am confident she will excel wherever she chooses to go.
