Join us in our cause to build a world-class fintech company in Indonesia.Responsibilities:- Performs end-to-end recruitment process (posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, doing online interviews with candidates, and conducting interviews for all required positions)- Arranges user interviews - Evaluates the overall candidate's qualifications with related users- Prepares new recruitment documents - Set and meet the recruitment targets- Prepares weekly report to Talent Acquisition Manager and User- Prepares monthly internal events, from planning, concept, budgeting, preparing and execution - Responsible for preparing Cermati Fit Program, Employee Counseling Session Program, and Cermati Club ProgramCermati Fit : Provide professional Exercise coaches as the instructor to do online class exercises to keep employees more healthy and productive. [e.g : Zumba, Body Combat, Yoga]Employee Counseling Session: Partnership program with the vendor for providing employee counseling sessions for those who need 1-on-1 sessions with professional psychologists.Cermati Club : Routine sports activities are provided by the company and employees can choose the suitable clubs for their interests.
